MOHR ( Ministry of Human Rights Pakistan)
You may also report violation of your human rights to Ministry of Human Rights Pakistan. You may contact MOHR by fax, telephone, email and written application. Online complaint form is also available. Send written complaints at State Life Building No. 5, Blue Area, Jinnah Avenue, China Chowk, Islamabad. Helpline number of MOHR is 051-9216620. Punjab Commission on Status of Women (PCSW) & Female Ombudsman Punjab
Females from largest province of Pakistan can file the complaints about the violation of their human rights at Punjab Commission on Status of Women. This commission has also provided the online option for filling the complaints about women rights violation. 1043 is the Punjab women helpline number. Here females can report incidents about harassment at work place, domestic violence, bullying, property disputes, violation of women quota in jobs and gender discrimination. Females of Punjab may also contact female ombudsman Punjab.

Human Rights Cell Supreme Court of Pakistan
Last but not least you may also file your complaint at Human Rights Cell of Supreme Court of Pakistan. This cell had taken lot of suo motto actions too on news and simple letters of victims, but now a days Supreme Court is not following the policy of judicial activism. Now you will have to file your complaint through proper channel. NGO like HRCP, Orat Foundation and SPARC can not take any practical action on any human rights abuse in Pakistan as they can just raise voice against HR violations due to their private capacity.
