Sindh Government’s E-Centralized College Admission Program SECCAP 2023-24
Sindh government has introduced Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program 2023-24 SECCAP. It is a revolutionary program and a step ahead towards e-governance and e- education. The aim of this initiative is to facilitate the students for the admission purpose. Studysolutions.pk appreciates this pro student initiative by Sindh government. All those matriculate students who are seeking admission in colleges of Karachi can apply online now. We have given the link of Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program SECCAP on this page. From where you can apply online for inter 1st year admission 2023 in any college of Karachi. SECCAP is an initiative of the college education department under the guidance of Minister for college education Sindh.

Application Procedure
First click on the link, download the hand book and read the instructions carefully, then fill the online form very carefully then submit it online and don’t forget to write down the computer generated number for future reference.
Last Date
Application submission will start from 27 June, 2023.
Last date for submitting the admission application is 20 July, 2023. No application will be received after the due date.
Commencement of classes date is 5th August, 2023.
Important Instructions
1-Students who have not clear the SSC exam from Karachi board can not apply online. They will have to submit their applications manually. For details see the brochure.
2-Students must chose their preference of college very carefully.
3-Students who passed the matric exam with computer science or from any technical board can not apply for admission in FSc Pre Medical.
4-Incomplete forms will be rejected.
5-You can not submit more than one form with the same details.
6-Forms with wrong and misleading particulars will also be rejected.
7-Details about fee is available in the brochure, which you can download from the window given on this page. Fee will be received in the designated branches of scheduled banks via vouchers issued by your concerned college.
8-Details about quota has also been given in the brochure.
9-The fields which have the sign of (*) are mandatory to fill.
10-Students will have to enter the code numbers of their designated colleges which are available in the above mentioned link and the name of the college will automatically appear in front of you.
11-Facility of submitting the online forms is only available for students who have passed their matric exam from Karachi. Students from all board oar equivalent qualification can get their form office of Director General Colleges Shahrah e Liaquat near Urdu Bazar. Form will be received in the same office.

Key Features of SECCAP
1-You may apply in SECCAP from anywhere in the world via internet.
2-Dedicated help line number and complaint resolution system has been introduced by SECCAP.
3-Tracking system has also been launched by Sindh government for checking your application status through web portal.
4-Free education including registration & examination fee is the key feature of this unique system.
5-A+ & A grade students will be given the privilege to get admission 2023 in any college of their choice but after submitting undertaking for 75 % attendance through out the year.
6-Students with B,C,D & E Grade will be placed in their nearby inter colleges.
7-Detailed guidelines about SECCAP are available on DCC Sindh YouTube channel.
Important Note-This year provisional admission will be granted on the basis of 9th class result.

hi, i just checked the result, my name is not mentioned in any of the colleges i’ve applied for. even though i selected the colleges based on my marks. is it because i mentioned my O’levels roll number? did it clash with someone elses? how can i complain and what are other options to get enrolled in college. please reply soon!

Successful candidates can view their result on official website of Education & Literacy Department i.e http://www.sindheducation.gov.pk. But at present no update is available on this site too. Amazingly there is no phone number is mentioned both in above said and SECCAP site.

Alas there is no any contact detail of SECCAP is available. You will have to visit them personally.

Definitely if your name is not there, Email id has been given by SECCAP and we have raised this issue that they are not responding the queries of students.
