2000 RUPEES MONTHLY ALLOWANCE TO ALL MASTER DEGREE HOLDERS IN KPK
KPK government has decided to give 2000 rupees monthly unemployment allowance to all unemployed Master degree holders of the province. KPK government will make the policy regarding monthly stipend for all Master degree holders within the next ten working days. This is the first revolutionary scheme of its type in Pakistan which will be helpful in reducing the increasing frustration among the educated youth due to unemployment. Other provinces should also follow this idea.
According to Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani Provincial minister for education, KPK government has allocated 500 million rupees to help the needy students of the province. KPK government has also decided to give 150 scholarships every year to college teachers for MPhil and PhD. According to provincial minister KPK government is committed to achieve the goal of 100 % enrollment in government schools.

VC with draws his decision of appoint of his wife as Principal PULC
VC Punjab University Dr Mujahid Kamran has withdrawn his decision of appointment of his wife Prof Dr Shazia Qureshi as principal of Punjab University Law College(PULC). As Punjab university syndicate refused to rectify his decision. PU syndicate also refused to rectify the decision of promotion of Shazia Qureshi as associate professor. This was the last meeting of Punjab university syndicate while the elections of Punjab University syndicate will be held on 29 May, 2014.
Admission Forms Submission Schedule For MD & MS Classes
Punjab University has issued the schedule for submitting the admission forms for MS and MD part 1 second annual 2011 and annual 2012. Students can submit their forms with single fee till 30 April, 2014 and with double fee till 2 May, 2014.
