PMF Punjab Medical Faculty Annual & Supplementary Schedule 2024 Admission Form & Past Papers Download

Punjab Medical Faculty PMF has announced the supplementary Exam Schedule 2024 PMF is going to conduct annual exams from 06 Aug, 2024.

PMF Forms Submission Schedule

Interested candidates can submit their forms till 0-06-2024 with examination fee of Rs. 2835. Till 0-07-2024 single late fee of Rs. 3474/- will be received. After that double late fee will be charged till 0 July, 2024.  No form will be received after 0-7-2024 . Candidates will have to submit admission fee through bank draft, which must be drawn in favor of secretary Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF). Regular students can also submit heir forms through their relevant institutions. Failed students are directed to submit the copy of their last result card along with form. Such students are advised to write their last roll number, registration number and the details about the subjects in which they have failed in the form.

Points to Remember

PMF directly sends the roll number slips on student’s home address so write your mailing address correctly at which you want to receive roll number slip. Remember that your examination center is allotted as per your postal address and students are not permitted to change their once allotted examination center. Application form must be completed in all respects, as roll numbers are not allotted to candidates who submit incomplete admission form. All the applicants will receive the roll number slips till 0 July, 2024. In case of non deliverance of roll number till above mentioned date, you can download duplicate roll number slip form official website of Punjab Medical Faculty. You may also get duplicate roll number slip from the office of PMF. Bring your original CNIC with you.
