While she continues her cancer treatment, Princess Kate is also anticipating her royal work in the future.
Kate sent a note to British television host Dwayne Fields, who was recently appointed the new U.K. Chief Scout of the youth development organization Scouts, in a new message that was published on X, the social media platform that was formerly known as Twitter. In 2020, Kate became the first woman to hold the position of joint president of Scouts, making her the first woman in the organization’s history to do so. She collaborates with Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, who is also a joint president.
Kate thanked the adventurer for his appointment in response to a video message in which Fields explained who he was and what he intended to do in his new position.
