Punjab examination commission has invited applications for the posts of research fellow, senior programmer, administrative officer(operation), accountant, telephone operator and dispatch rider. Last date for submission of applications is 15-04-2014. Punjab examination commission is an autonomous department of Punjab government which was established under a provincial Act.
Research Fellow
There are two vacant posts of research fellow in Punjab Examination Commission. Candidates must have PhD degree in curriculum development, cognitive development or a closely related field of education. Candidate must have three years related experience.
Age limit-30 to 45 years
Salary- 75000 fixed
Senior Programmer
Candidates must have Master degree from a recognized university in computer science or IT with minimum second division and three year relevant experience.
Age limit- 25 to 30 years
Salary- 50000 fixed
Administrative Officer (Operation)
Only Bachelor degree holders from HEC recognized university with minimum 2nd division. Candidates must have studied Economics, Statistics or Accounting in graduation. One year experience in any public or reputable private organization is also mandatory.

Accountant
Applicants must have Bachelor degree with at least 2nd division from a recognized institute in Accounts and Finance. Experience about government financial procedures and proficiency in MS-Office is also required.

Candidates must have matriculation certificate. Fluency in English and Urdu is also required.

All the jobs are contractual and appointments will be made under contract policy, 2004 of Punjab government. Five year upper age relaxation will be granted for the posts of accountant, telephone operator and dispatch rider. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates who wil appear in interview. Department has the right to cancel the appointment against any post.
