Educational Criteria to apply for Army Nurse in Pakistan
Candidates taking the FSC (Pre-Medical) Part-II Examination (who have attained 50% marks in the first year) can apply along with the Hope Certificate to get 50% marks signed by the Principal of the respective college / institution. However, the candidates will have to submit the FSC marks sheet immediately after the Part-II results are announced. The candidate must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC). Nurses with post-basics specialized courses such as ICU, OT, CCU etc. will be preferred from the hospital / institution approved by the PNC.

 

 

Eligibility Requirements to apply for Army Nurse in Pakistan
Marital status
BSc Nursing: Married / Unmarried / Widow / Divorced
Trained Nurse: Married / Unmarried
Nationality: Female Pakistani nationals / nationals of Azad Kashmir nationality and status. Pakistani nationals with dual citizenship must begin the process of giving up foreign citizenship before joining the Army and agree that they will meet the rules for renouncing foreign citizenship before completing training.

In what conditions the application from of the candidate can be rejected?
It can reject from GHQ Selection Board twice. Candidates deemed fit by the Appeals Medical Board will be straight away rejected. Any candidate with the unqualified performance, disciplinary violations and medically dismissed / expelled candidates by a training academy / institution of the Armed Forces cannot apply. Candidates who are already registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council cannot apply. Candidates convicted of a court in a moral case cannot apply.

 

 

What is the initial Method of Selection?
Candidates can come and register through the main official website of Army Selection and Recruitment (AS & RCs) for which the following procedure will be adopted. Candidates can register through the official Army website at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. The candidate will be informed of his / her e-mail address via internet on the date and time of the examination. So the candidate must have an email address. The candidate must appear for the preliminary examination at the date and time listed on the computerized roll number slip. The date given will not be changed. On the day of the test, the candidate has to bring along all the documents and pay the prospectus fee as per test day.

 

 

Registration and preliminary examinations will be conducted according to the given schedule. Initial medical tests will be done in the admissions office. Successful candidates will be interviewed through GHQ Selection Board in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi for which separate call letters will be issued.
