Government Shalimar Graduate College Baghbanpura Lahore will issue the form and prospectus from 0 October, 2023. Forms will be received from 9 AM to 2 PM daily. Interested students can submit their forms from 0-10-2023 to 0th Nov, 2023.
Documents Required
Candidates are directed to submit following documents along with application
1-Attested copies of Matriculation and Intermediate certificates and degrees.
2-Five passport size photographs with light blue back ground
3-Attested copy of father/mother/guardian’s computerized national identity card issued by Nadra
4-Attested copy of character certificate
5-NOC (if applicable)
6-Attested copy of candidate’s national identity card issued by Nadra
Incomplete forms will be rejected.
No form will be received after due date.
Candidates are directed to write their contact number on form. Applications will be received till 0th November, 2023. Admission in BS Zoology, BS Punjabi, BS Physical Education and BSIT will depend upon approval of these course by Punjab University Lahore.
