Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has officially launched Digi Skills Training Program 2024. Federal Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom is patronizing the Digi Skills Training Program 2024 in collaboration with Virtual University (VU) and Ignite to train the educated job seekers of Pakistan.
This Ignite & VU Digi skills training program 2024 has been launched to equip the unemployed youth with latest digital expertise which have great demand in online world. After getting training students will be able to earn money online from different freelancing platforms while staying at home. This digi skills training is specially recommended for females, as it will enable them to become self employed. Under this digi skills program about 1 million students will be trained online. Vitual University will provide infrastructure and technical help for this program.
At present Pakistan is top fourth online freelancers provider country of the world after India, Bangladesh and USA. This program will increase the number of expert freelancers in the country. Online classes of the 5th batch will start from 17 March, 2024, while 1st April, 2024 is the last date.
