Admission of Kashmiri Students in Pakistani Colleges & Universities on AJK Quota 2024

Secretariat Higher Education( Nomination Board) AJK government has invited applications from Kashmiri and Kashmiri refugees students for admission in Pakistani colleges and universities on seats reserved for Kashmiri students in BE, B.Sc, DAE, MA, M.Sc, D.Pharmacy, B.Tech, BS, FA, F.Sc, D.V.M, B.B.A, LLB, MBA,B.Com, M.Sc. Hons, B.Ed, M.Ed and many other courses in session 2024-25. Details of reserved seats in different universities of Pakistan for Kashmiri students have been given below in Urdu.

Important Points About Admission of Kashmiri Students in Pakistani Institutes on AJK Quota

1-Candidates will have to clear the entry test if that institute in which he/he wants to get admission on reserved seats requires it.

2-Application fee for general seats of D.A.E and intermediate course is 700 rupees.

3-Application fee for B.Tech, B.Sc Engineering, B.Sc Agriculture, D.V.M, B.Sc, BS, MA, M.Sc, and general seats of other courses is 1000 rupees.

4-Application fee for self finance seat is 1500 rupees which in non refundable.

5-Submit the fee in the name of Secretary nomination board AJK A/C# 197-8 NBP Old Secretariat branch Code Number 0660 Muzafarabad. Send original challan form with application. Photocopy of the challan will not be acceptable.

6-You can also deposit fee through bank draft or by online transaction and IBT in the above mentioned branch of NBP. Original receipt will have to be attach with application.

7-Attach attested copies of all required documents with application.

8-Hafiz e Quran students will have to appear in test for getting extra 20 marks.

9-Candidates with A-Level and equivalent qualification or CGPA pass students will have to submit equivalence certificate from their concerned department as merit of all disciplines will be determined on average base and remember that merit will not be determined on CGPA.

10-Incomplete, over date and application without all required documents will be rejected.

11-Last date for submission of applications is -0th Sep, 2024 for D.A.E, intermediate, Master and M.Phil courses.

12-Last date for submission of applications for B.Tech, BS, D.V.M, D Pharmacy, B.Sc and all bachelor programs is 0th September, 2024. No application will be received after closing date in any condition.

13-Entry test result will have to be submitted before the last date otherwise your name will not be included in merit list.

14-If the result of intermediate will be declared late then the attested copy of the result will have to submit within the seven days after declaration of result. No result card will be received after seven days. Relaxation of two additional days will be granted in case the result will be sent by post.

15-Application forms are available from DC offices of concern districts and office of Nomination Board (Block number 10, ground floor, civil secretariat Chattar Do mile Muzaffarabad.
