Latest Notice By PMDC About Documents Required For MDCAT Entry Test 2024-25
Pakistan Medical and Dental Council PMDC has directed the candidates, who want to appear in MDCAT entry test 2024 for admission in medical and dental colleges of Punjab to arrange the necessary documents before time. Through a news paper ad Pakistan Medical & Dental Council has  informed that admission process in private and public medical/dental colleges(For MBBS and BDS) will be started in the month of July. MDCAT entry test will be conducted in August (most probably on 30 August).
List of Required Documents
Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has advised candidates of MDCAT entry test to prepare the following documents in time to avoid any inconvenience at the time of submission of applications.
1-Attested copy of domicile certificate ( No other certificate such as birth certificate or form B will be accepted in place of domicile.
2-Attested copies of matriculation certificates or result card.
3-Result awaiting students (FSc part 2 or any equivalent exam) can appear in MDCAT entry test on presenting the hope certificate issued by the principal of their last institution.
4-Repeaters will have to submit the attested copy of their FSc pre medical, or A-Level’s result card.
5-Students who could not get 60 percent marks in FSc exam last year and they have appeared in FSc exams again to improve their marks, are directed to prepare an affidavit on the stamp paper of 20 rupees. Specimen of hope certificate and affidavit are available on the official website of PMDC.
6-Eight recent colored photographs (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm), Two recent colored photographs (size 2.5cm x 2.5cm).
Important Note
Although PMDC has not mentioned in the news paper ad but you should arrange following documents too.
1-Result card of FSc pre medical part 1 (attested copy)
2-O and A-Level candidates should get equivalence certificate from IBCC.
PMDC MCAT entry test syllabus 2024 will be available soon. University has also directed the candidates to use text books for entry test preparation.
3-Attested copy of national identity card or form B.
4- Attested copy of father/guardian’s national identity card.
