NTS has started a new course, ELTeach for English teachers. ELTeach is an online and flexible program. Due to its flexible nature even teachers with busy schedule can join this program. Its an highly recommended program for professional English teachers to enhance their English language teaching skill. The purpose of ELTeach is to produce quality English language teachers for educational institutes.
The focus is given on English for teaching and professional knowledge of ELT. The fee of the course is 500 dollars. Teachers will be given six months to complete their course work and corresponding assessment. Assessment are conducted four times a year at NTS’s approved centers. ELTeach schedule for the year 2014 is given below this post.The certificate will be issued by National Geographic Learning and Educational Testing Service (ETS). This program is available in more than dozen countries. Over 6000 English teachers have got this certification throughout the world.
ELTeach is designed to ensure that teachers of English have the language and professional knowledge necessary to implement their national English curriculum successfully and confidently. It helps teachers to build professional confidence through learning and practicing language and concepts in the context of what they already know.
